Grooming

Garrison Animal Hospital offers grooming services for dogs and cats every Wednesday.  We ask that you arrive for your appointment between 8:30-9:00AM so that we can get all the necessary information.  Your pet must be current on vaccinations before their appointment for the safety of all our patients.  Every grooming appointment includes a bath and nail trim.  Specific haircut details can be discussed with our groomer to determine grooming options.

The groomer works very closely with your pet and may discover medical issues that you were not aware of.  These issues can receive immediate attention from our doctors and staff.  Your pet can benefit from a regular grooming routine to keep them looking and smelling their best, and to prevent hair matting and skin issues.  Our grooming schedule can get very busy (especially in the spring and summer) so we ask that you plan ahead and schedule your grooming appointments well in advance.  If your pet gets regularly scheduled groomings it is a good idea to schedule their next appointment before you leave.

*If your pet has behavioral issues please discuss them with us before scheduling a grooming appointment.  We can better arrange special pick-up/drop-off times, sedation, or accommodate other requests if we know ahead of time.
